You can save content on GoOpen CT in three ways: from a search results page, from a resource overview page, and from a resource page.
 

In each case, select Save to load the Save tool where you can choose to save the resource to one of your private folders or one of your shared group folders. You must be logged in to save content.



 

Save from Search

You can save content from a resource list such as search results, collection pages, or group folders.

  1. Select the box next the content you would like to save. To save all the items in the list, check the box next to Per page, as shown below.
  2. Select Save to load the Save tool.
  3. Select an existing folder or create a new one. Tip: check the box next the Save button to select all visible items on the list.



Save from Resource Overview Page

  1. Select the title of a resource title from the list of search results to go to a snapshot of the resource that includes full metadata description, alignments, evaluations, and user comments.
  2. Select Save.
  3. Select the folder where you would like to save the resource or create a new folder.




Save from a Resource Page

  1. Select the title of a resource title from the list of search results to go to a snapshot of the resource that includes full metadata description, alignments, evaluations, and user comments.
  2. Select View Resource to view the full resource.
  3. Click Save at the top of the screen. Note: If you don’t see the toolbar, it may not be enabled in your account permissions. Edit your profile settings to show the toolbar when viewing resources.
  4. Select the folder or subfolder where you would like to save the resource. Tip: You can save the resource in more than one folder.
