You can rate resources in a number of ways on GoOpen CT. One of the quickest ways is to apply a star rating to a resource, with five stars being the highest quality.
Log into GoOpen CT.
Select a resource to rate.
Mouse over the stars and select the number of stars from left to right to rate the resource.
The number of stars you apply to a rating is averaged with the number of stars other that members apply to that resource.
