How to export contact info for authors of Open Author resources
For OER Commons Hub Partners: Email info@oercommons.org or use the support widget on OER Commons and select “accessibility issue” with your request. Please include the name of your Hub in your request.
For Microsite Administrators:
To export data for all of the published Open Author resources on your Microsite:
Navigate to the Filters on the right side of the page.
Under “By workflow state,” select “Published.” The page will automatically display only published Lessons.
In the header at the top of the table, check the box next to “Course” to select all of the Open Author lessons. Note: If you have more than 100 Open Author Lessons, you will need to “Select all [#] lessons.” Otherwise, you can go page-by-page.
Leaving your lessons selected, go to the Action dropdown menu and select “Export CSV.”
Click on “Go.”
Your data will be exported as a .csv in a .zip folder.
Depending on the number of Open Author resources you export, your export may be delivered within a few seconds or you may be taken to a new page with a status bar.
To export data for all of the published Open Author resources on individual Hubs on your Microsite:
Navigate to the Filters on the right side of the page.
Under “By workflow state,” select “Published.” The page will automatically display only published Lessons.
Next, under “By Hub,” select the Hub from the list. The page will automatically display only published Lessons affiliated with that Hub via collections and groups
In the header at the top of the table, check the box next to “Course” to select all of the Open Author lessons. Note: If you have more than 100 Open Author Lessons, you will need to “Select all [#] lessons.” Otherwise, you can go page-by-page.
Leaving your lessons selected, go to the Action dropdown menu and select “Export CSV.”
